Onitsuka Tiger

Onitsuka Tiger is a cult Japanese range of mens trainers. The range is produced by Asics. Asics has its head office in Japan and manufactures mens trainers for many activities and sports such as running and tennis. They are leaders in producing some of the best running shoes available on the market today.

Asics was originally called Onitsuka Co and was founded in the late forties. They produced a range of Onitsuka trainers over the years and made many popular pairs which are still produced today such as the Mexico 66 range. Onitsuka later changed their name to Asics but for many years have been producing the Onitsuka Tiger range of footwear.

The range of trainers are mainly vintage styles and have a big following around the world. A distinctive yellow pair was worn by Uma Thurman in the film Kill Bill.
