Mizuno are a well respected manufacturer of running trainers and the Mizuno Wave Elixir 4 manage to maintain this reputation. The Elixir 4 is a development of the Elixir 3 which was very well received by the running world. They are a great shoe for the over-pronator. Over-pronators tend to bend their foot inwards when running and as such require a shoe with extra support to straighten the foot out and avoid injury.

The Mizuno shoe also features SmoothRide technology which is their own developed technology that results in the smoothest experience possible. The shoe is very lightweight and features an air mesh upper that ensures the foot can breath and stay cool while running.
