Adidas Superstar

The Adidas Superstar is one of the sports manufacturers most popular and classic range of mens trainers. They have been producing the shoe since the late sixties. They originally developed it as a low version of their high top basketball shoe. They feature a rubber shell toe and are regarded as a classic design in Adidas Trainers.

They were the first of their kind when they were launched and many NBA stars of the day chose to wear them on the court. It gained huge popularity and many people started to wear them on the street. Many celebrities of the day started to wear them including Run DMC. They would were them without laces and even released a song called “My Adidas” in the eighties.

The Adidas Superstar has evolved over the years and there is a wide range that is now produced and they are as popular today as they ever were. The shoe featured its 35th anniversary four years ago and the company celebrated it by producing a special range.
